Submissions to Emerald Sky Magazine and Crimson Fog Magazine are closed until September first. We encourage you to polish stories belonging to these imprints and submit them at that time.

TM Publishing is currently accepting short story submissions in all other genres, including creative non-fiction, at $0.05/word.

TM Publishing does not print, publish, or otherwise distribute graphic descriptions of sex or violence. Please do not submit works with graphic content. Submissions should be emailed to:
submissions @ tmpublishing.com with the title of the piece and its length in the subject line. Additionally, please indicate the magazine in which you believe your story fits best. For novellas and short stories, please also provide a brief overview of the work.

Please indicate the length of your submission using the following definitions:

Short stories: 1,000–10,000 words
Flash fiction: <1000 words

Works of between 10,000 and 50,000 words should be submitted as novellas. You can see our novella guidelines here.

Please allow two to four weeks for manuscripts to be reviewed. No simultaneous submissions, please (i.e. please do not send us a story that is currently being reviewed by another publishing house), though multiple submissions (i.e. submitting three stories at once) are approved. Each story you submit should be attached as its own .doc, .docx, or .rtf file. If you are submitting to Emerald Sky, please do not use the font family "Courier."

Strong submissions will both engage the reader and display clear structure and excellent prose.
